Our office is located at 1961, D-Ward in Shaniwar Peth. If you know Kolhapur, you know this part of town has a lot of history. Jumeirah Construction isn't some new, flashy company from the big city. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. The building is old, and the streets are narrow, but it’s home to us. We handle various construction tasks around the city. It’s often loud and dusty, but that’s the nature of the business. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website. Usually, we just talk to people face-to-face. We spend our mornings checking the materials and our afternoons at the sites. Sometimes we run into delays because of the narrow roads or the weather, but we manage. We aren't trying to sound like a big corporation because we aren't one. It’s just a small group of us trying to make a living by building things that last. We know the local stone and the local climate. We have our tea at the corner shop and talk shop with the other tradesmen. It’s a simple life. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just build. If the work is solid, people notice. That’s pretty much the whole story for us here in Shaniwar Peth. We just keep our heads down and get the bricks laid one by one until the job is done.
