Being so close to the bus stand means there is always a lot of noise and people moving about, which is actually good for a property business. Inubic Property Dealers and Developers has been operating out of Kolhapur for a while now. We deal with land, houses, and whatever else comes our way in terms of property. It is not a glamorous job. A lot of it is just standing around on dusty plots of land or sitting in the office going through old property records. We have a small team, and we mostly know everyone in the colony. People stop by after getting off the bus to ask about land prices or what is for sale nearby. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people buy and sell property and we do some development work too when the opportunity comes up. The Tambe Building is a well-known landmark here, so people don't have much trouble finding us. We just try to be helpful and keep our paperwork in order.
