It makes the place feel a bit more relaxed than a cold office building in the middle of a city center. We have been in Kolhapur for a long time and know the 416012 area quite well. There are a lot of local residents living around us, so it is a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We handle infrastructure and construction projects, so our desks are usually covered in blueprints and site reports. We do not have a formal receptionist or a big lobby area. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available at the time. Most of the time, some of us are out at the construction sites while others stay back to handle the paperwork. It is just a practical way to run things. We really like the local vibe of Sane Guruji Vasahat. It is easy to get to Radhanagari Road from most parts of town.
