Fabrienne Textile Llp

Fabrienne Textile Llp is located in a small village area called Lokmanya Nagar in the Kolhapur district. Our place is at House Number 2095. It’s quite different from the big city offices you see in Mumbai or Pune. Out here, things move a bit slower. We are surrounded by fields and other small houses. The air is much cleaner, though. We do textile work, mostly focusing on the local needs of the Hatkanangale taluka. My family has lived in this village for a long time, so everyone knows who we are and what we’re doing. We don't have a big sign outside or a reception area. People just walk into the front room if they need something. We have a few machines running, and the sound becomes like background noise after a while. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoons, especially during the monsoon season, so we just sit outside and wait for it to come back. It gives us a chance to talk to the neighbors. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to make decent fabric and provide for our families. It’s hard work, and my hands are often stained with different dyes by the end of the day. But it’s honest work, and we like being part of this community. We close up when the sun sets and head back home.
