We've been operating out of Kolhapur Hupari Road for a while now. Specifically, you can find us at Gate No. 320/b in Gadmudshingi. We mostly deal with weaving reeds and related parts for textile machinery. It's a busy spot here, especially with all the transport moving along the main road. The workshop gets pretty loud during the day, but that’s just how it goes when you’re making things for the mills. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. They know the machines inside out. We don’t really do fancy office stuff; it’s more about getting the orders right and making sure the reeds are straight and durable. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but we keep the work floor as clean as possible for the precision work. People usually just drop by if they need something fixed or a new set of reeds for their looms. It isn't a huge place, but we have enough space for the equipment and a bit of storage. We try to keep things simple. If there's a problem with a reed, we just sit down and fix it. That's how we've always handled things here. No big meetings or complicated charts, just metal and hard work. The weather gets hot in this part of India, so the fans are always going. If you're coming down the road from Gadmudshingi, you'll see our gate easily enough. We're usually here from early morning until the sun goes down.
