Our setup is located in Mohare, which is part of the Panhala Taluka. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but we’ve been working out of this spot for quite a while. Being in Mohare means we are away from the big city noise, which actually helps when you’re dealing with something like silk. Silk needs a bit of care, and the air here seems okay for it. We have the private limited name, but honestly, it’s just a bunch of us working in a building. The work involves a lot of checking the threads and making sure the looms are doing what they should. Some days the machines act up and we have to spend half the morning fixing a belt or cleaning out the dust. It’s not glamorous work at all. We eat our lunch together near the back where it’s a bit cooler. The business has its ups and downs depending on the season, especially when weddings are happening and everyone wants silk. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or websites. People around Panhala know we are here, and that’s usually enough to keep us busy. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we’d rather spend the time getting the fabric out on time. It’s a practical way to run things, and it has worked for us so far.
