Ethos Balaji Heights Llp

We operate out of Sonashilpa Bunglow in Sarlashkar Park. It’s over in Kolhapur, a city we really like. Our setup is pretty simple. We don't have a big glass building or a fancy lobby. It’s just a regular bungalow where we’ve set up our desks. Ethos Balaji Heights Llp is what we call our group. We focus on building projects around this area. Kolhapur has its own pace of life, and we try to stick to that. We aren't in a rush to become a giant corporation. We just want to finish our projects and make sure they look okay. Some days are slow, and we just sit and talk about what needs to be done next. Other days are a total mess with phone calls coming in every minute. We handle everything from the initial planning to the final bits of work. It’s a lot of responsibility but we’re used to it. We know the local people and the local ways of doing things. You won't find us using big corporate buzzwords because they don't really mean much to us. We’d rather just show you what we’re working on. It’s a practical business. We’ve been here for a bit and we plan to stay. The 416003 area is home for us. We just keep things moving, one brick at a time. It takes patience and a lot of follow-ups to get anything done, but that's just part of the process. We enjoy working here and seeing the town grow slowly.
