We are located in the Kagwade Mala area of Ichalkaranji. Our place is right opposite the Linen Club, so that is usually how people find us when they are looking. We have been doing tours and travel work from this spot for quite some time. Even though we are based in Ichalkaranji, we end up helping a lot of people from Kolhapur too since it is not that far away and people move between the two places all the time. It is a busy little office. We spend most of the day talking to drivers and checking schedules. It’s not always perfectly quiet in here because there is usually someone coming in to ask about a bus or a car hire. We don't use any fancy systems, just the regular way of doing things that has worked for us. Sometimes we have to stay a bit late to make sure a booking is confirmed, especially when it is the busy season. The area around Kagwade Mala is pretty active, so there is always something going on outside. We just sit here and keep track of who is going where. It is a family-run kind of feel, nothing like those big city agencies. We know the roads around here like the back of our hand, which helps when people aren't sure which route to take. We just provide a basic service to help folks get from one place to another without too much fuss.
