Our office is located down in the basement of the Chandranayan Plaza. It is on the road that goes from Venus Corner over toward Dasara Chowk in Shahupuri. Being in the basement is actually quite nice because it stays a bit cooler during those really hot summer days we get here in Kolhapur. We handle a mix of different things, mostly travel bookings and some other basic services that people in the neighborhood need help with. Shahupuri is a very busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and movement right outside our door. We started this little business because we grew up around here and wanted to do something for ourselves. It is not a huge team or anything, just a few of us sitting at our desks and taking calls. We spend most of our time checking schedules or talking to people who walk in. The internet can be a bit slow in the basement sometimes, but we make it work. We do not have a big fancy waiting room with coffee or anything like that, just a few plastic stools for anyone who stops by. It can get a bit crowded when more than three people are inside at once, but it works for what we need. Most of our neighbors know us by name since we have been here for a bit. We do not use any flashy ads or big signs, just the name on the glass. If you find the plaza, just head down the stairs and you will see us there.
