Pankaj Tours & Travels

Pankaj Tours & Travels is located on the second floor of Indira Apartment, right in the middle of Mangalwar Peth. We are sitting there at 645-646/B, and if you know where the New Devai Club Khasbag is, you will find us easily since we are directly opposite it. It is a bit of a walk up to the second floor, but it is a quiet enough spot once you get inside. We have been operating out of this apartment for a good amount of time. The office is filled with old registers and maps because that is how we have always done things. It is not one of those modern offices with glass walls; it is just a plain room where we work. People from around Kolhapur come in to talk about their travel plans, maybe a trip to the coast or just a ride to the station. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, checking if buses are on time or if we can get a better deal for someone. It is mostly local folks who visit us, people we have known for years. We do not try to be anything we are not. We are just a small travel agency trying to keep our customers satisfied so they come back next time. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones act up, but we manage to get the work done. It is just the way it goes here in Mangalwar Peth.
