Coffee House

Coffee House is located on Vasan Bhawani Khadki Road. We are right near the Kdcc Bank, which is a good landmark if you are coming from the main part of town. This building has been here for quite some time, and we’ve made our home in it. The road outside can get pretty dusty and loud with all the buses going by. Inside it stays relatively calm most of the time. Mornings are spent mostly behind the counter, getting things ready for whoever walks in. It’s a basic setup with some benches and a few fans to keep the air moving. Modern or polished things don't really interest us. Bank employees come in quite a bit during their lunch breaks, and we’ve gotten to know their usual orders by heart. Being a local spot is all it is, nothing more and nothing less. Waking up early to get the water boiling and the place swept up is how the day starts. Khadki Road is always moving, so there is always something to look at out the window. Tidiness and hot pots are what we focus on. A simple life running a place like this is fine by us. Big goals aren't really our thing. It's just us at Coffee House, doing the same thing every day. Having been here for a long time now, we don't plan on going anywhere else. We just like the way things are.
