Our branch of Cipla Ltd. is located at Plot No.30 in the Saiprasad Housing Society. We are tucked away in the Sane Guruji Vasahat area on Radhanagari Road here in Kolhapur. Being inside a residential society makes the atmosphere a bit different from your typical office building. It’s quieter, and you see neighbors going about their day while we are at our desks. The office itself is quite plain. We didn’t see the point in spending money on fancy furniture when the old stuff works just fine. We handle various tasks from this spot and keep our records in order. Most of us have been working here for a while, so we have a good routine down. The address is 416012 if you are looking for it. We don't have a big sign outside or any marketing posters in the windows. It’s just a place of work. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us busy with our paperwork or on the phone. We don’t really have a receptionist, so someone usually just looks up from their desk to help you out. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use any of those buzzwords people use in business these days. We just try to be honest and get the jobs finished before the day ends. It’s a decent place to spend our working hours without any corporate pressure or need to show off to anyone.
