We’ve been running Apex Electromec Pharma Pvt.Ltd. from our spot at C - 103 / 1 Midc Gokul Shirgaon for quite some time now. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical space where we get the work done day in and day out. The area around Gokul Shirgaon stays pretty busy with all the other units, so there’s always trucks moving and people heading to shift work. Inside our place, it’s mostly about managing the machinery and handling the pharmaceutical side of things. It gets a bit loud sometimes with the equipment running, but that's just how it is. We spend a lot of our time checking over parts and making sure the supplies are organized on the shelves. It isn’t always easy keeping everything on track, especially when the rains hit hard or the power flickers, but we’ve learned how to deal with those little hiccups. Most of us have been working here long enough to know the layout by heart. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that, just a handful of people who know the trade. Sometimes we sit out front for a bit during the lunch break just to get some air before heading back to the floor. It’s a steady rhythm of work. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just making sure the orders go out and the machines stay in good shape. It’s just us, working at the MIDC every day.
