Our place is over in Chandgad, specifically in the Adkur area of Kolhapur district. We are based at Gholase Sanjay Maruti’s spot. It is a bit of a drive out here if you are coming from the main city, but we like the pace. Being in Maharashtra, we deal with a lot of local requirements and people from the surrounding villages. The work we do isn't flashy. We spend most of our time at our desks or moving supplies around. It is a practical environment. We don't have a marketing team or people telling us how to look professional; we just show up and do the work that is needed. The building is solid and does the job. Sometimes the power goes out, or the rain makes things a bit difficult, but we just work around it like everyone else does around here. We have been part of this community for a while now. We know the people and they know where to find us. It is a simple setup. We don't use any corporate jargon or have big meetings about goals. We just look at what needs to be finished by the end of the day and we do it. It is a quiet life in Chandgad, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We are just regular people making a living and helping out where we can in our own small way.
