Our office is located in Kolhapur, specifically over in the Phulewadi area at Narasinh Colony. We are set up at Plot Number 6, which is part of Survey Number 1471/A. It is mostly a residential-style neighborhood, so it stays fairly quiet compared to the big main roads in the city center. We have been focusing on road building projects for quite a long time now. The 416010 area is our home base and we know it well. Managing road construction takes a lot of effort and coordination between the crews and the heavy machinery. From this small office, we try to keep track of every moving part. It is not some big high-rise building, just a regular place where we can sit down and figure out the logistics. We are local people through and through. Kolhapur has its own way of getting things done, and we have always fit right into that system. You will often see our trucks parked nearby when they are not out on a job site somewhere. We do not spend our money on big billboards or shiny company brochures. We figure that if the roads we build are solid, people will eventually find out who did the work. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming and we run out of tea, but we just keep pushing through. It is a tough business, but we are used to the hard work here in Phulewadi.
