Arjun Pharma Pvt Ltd is based out here in Herle. It is a quiet place most of the time compared to the bigger cities. We have a decent sized building where we keep everything organized. The air in Herle is a bit different, a bit more open. We start our day early, usually before the sun gets too hot. Our team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We don't really do much in the way of big meetings. We just talk over the crates while we are working. The floor is concrete and we have these heavy metal shutters that we roll up every morning. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up outside, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the shelves. We have rows of products lined up. It isn't the most exciting work, but it is what we do. People from the village and nearby areas know where to find us. We don’t have a big fancy entrance, just a plain door and our name on a small board. Most of our day is spent checking lists and making sure the inventory is correct. It is honest work and we try to keep things moving along steadily. If you walk through Herle, you will see us eventually. We have been part of this landscape for a good bit now, just doing our thing day in and day out.
