You can find us on the first floor at 7/201 in the Kapad Market area of Ichalkaranji. Being in the market means it is always noisy and there are people everywhere, but it is a good spot for a business like ours. We mostly handle e-tickets and those kinds of things. A lot of people come to us because they don't want to mess around with the internet themselves or they just want someone to do it for them. We also serve people from Kolhapur quite a bit. The office is up on the first floor, so you have to walk up the stairs. It is a small space with a couple of computers and some printers that seem to be running all day long. We deal with trains, buses, and whatever else people need to get their tickets for. It’s a lot of typing and checking names and dates over and over to make sure there are no mistakes. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit, which can be annoying but that’s just life. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just sit here in Kapad Market and get the tickets printed out. It’s practical work. If you need a ticket and you’re in the neighborhood, you just come up and we see what we can find on the screen for you.
