Aditi Vikas Projects Private Limited is based in Shirol, in the Kolhapur district. Our office is at House Number 2374. It is a pretty quiet place compared to the big cities like Mumbai. We are a small, local company and we like it that way. Most of the people around here know us by name. We do project work, mostly focused on local infrastructure. It’s the kind of work that requires you to get your hands dirty and spend time out in the field. Our office in the house is where we handle the books and the planning. It isn't a fancy setup at all. We have a couple of desks and some old filing cabinets. We don't have a marketing team or a bunch of managers. It’s just us doing the work. Kolhapur is a place where people value hard work, and we try to live up to that. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially during the heavy rains, but we just deal with it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Maharashtra. We just want to do right by our neighbors and finish our projects on time. It is a simple life and the work is honest. We take pride in seeing something we planned actually get built in our own community. It takes a lot of effort to keep things moving, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
