Sumitra Flavours

Sumitra Flavours is tucked away on Arthakadav Road. We are in the Padivattom area, which is a bit quieter than the main city parts, but still busy enough. We work with different flavors and scents here. It’s a small operation, really. Most of the time it just smells like whatever we are working on that day. Sometimes it's sweet, other times it's a bit strong. We've got a few rooms where we mix things and keep our supplies. The building on Arthakadav Road is nothing fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it's just a lot of bottles, scales, and notebooks. We take our time with the mixes because that's just how it has to be done. It's not a fast-paced factory environment. It's more about being careful with the measurements. We've been in Padivattom for a while and the locals know us. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know the recipes and how to handle the ingredients. Every morning we check the orders and start the blending. It's a lot of manual work, pouring and checking. We don't really have a big website or a social media page. We just do the work and send it out to whoever ordered it. It’s a simple business, and we like it that way. We just try to get the flavors right and keep the workspace tidy enough to get through tomorrow.
