Sign Makers

Our shop, Sign Makers, is tucked away behind the Tata Motors Showroom over on Jubilee Cross Road. Being right off the NH in Nettoor makes it busy, but we are a bit back from the main noise. We spend our time making boards and letters for businesses around here. It is not the biggest place, but we have enough room for the materials we need. Sometimes the floor gets a bit cluttered with offcuts and metal bits, but we clean it up when we can. We have been at this address, 16/298-(1), for quite a bit. People usually find us by looking for the showroom first since it is a big landmark. We mostly just focus on the work at hand. Sometimes the weather gets humid and makes the paint dry slower, but we just wait it out. It is just a few of us here doing the labor. We don't have a big office or anything. Most of the time is spent out on the floor with the tools. We take orders, we measure things twice, and then we build what is needed. It’s a simple way to spend the day. The Jubilee Cross Road area is always moving, so there is always something to see out the door. We just stay busy with the signs. It’s practical work. We like that people know where to find us when they need a board made. We keep our coffee mugs on the workbench and keep moving.
