You can find us over at the Kriztle Gallery on P. T. Usha Road. It’s a decent area and we’ve been here long enough that the surroundings feel very familiar to us. Providance Exim (india) Pvt. Ltd. is the full name on the door, but we usually just keep things informal with everyone we meet. We handle a lot of import and export tasks. The office is usually filled with the sound of typing and people talking on their mobiles. P. T. Usha Road is a busy place, so there’s always something going on outside our windows to watch during a break. We aren't big on corporate meetings or long presentations. We'd rather just get the work done and go home to our families in the evening. The gallery building is nice, but our actual workspace is pretty basic. Just desks, computers, and a lot of files stacked up. We've had some good years and some tough ones, like any other small business around here. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the process. Dealing with customs and shipping can be a real headache, but we’ve learned how to handle it over time. It’s a lot of little details that you have to get right every single time. We don't use much fancy language to describe what we do because it's pretty clear-cut. We move things from one place to another and make sure all the taxes and rules are followed. It’s just us, working hard every day to keep things going.
