We are set up at 34 Neptune Country, right along Chilavanoor Road. It's a nice enough area to run a business from. We mostly handle export stuff, dealing with different items that need to go overseas. The office isn't anything special, just where we keep the computer and the files. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to different people about where their goods are. Sometimes the internet is slow, and other times everything goes smooth. It's just the reality of running a small operation like this. Chilavanoor Road gets its fair share of traffic, so we see people passing by all the time. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a few of us here making sure the orders are right. We started doing this because we knew a few suppliers and figured we could make a go of it. It’s been a learning process, honestly. We’ve had good days and days where nothing seems to arrive on time. But that is part of the job. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We just focus on the packing and the shipping details. If you’re ever near Neptune Country, you’ve probably seen our sign. We keep things pretty low-key. No big meetings, just work. It’s a steady way to spend the day, and we appreciate the people we work with around here. We just try to get the goods where they need to go without any extra drama.
