We use Post Box No: 2454 for a lot of our mail because sometimes it’s easier than waiting for the delivery guy to find the exact door in Pallimukku. Our office is a busy little place. We handle a lot of different items that need to go out to other countries. Most of the time, the desks are covered in shipping manifests and ledgers. It’s a bit of a maze with all the files stacked up, but we know where everything is. The area around Manikkiri Cross Road is always lively, so there’s plenty of noise from the street coming through the windows. We’ve been working from this building for quite some time. It’s got a bit of character, maybe even a few creaky floorboards, but it serves us well. We don't do much in the way of advertising because we stay busy enough with the regular work that comes through. It’s just us, a few staff members, and a lot of packages. We make sure the labels are right and the cargo is ready for the port. It isn't glamorous work, but it’s what we do. Sometimes things get backed up, especially when the weather isn't helping, but we just work through it. Usually, we wrap up in the evening after making sure the last bit of mail is sorted. There's always another box to tape up before we head home for the day.
