Zain Exports

You can find us at Noorusabah in Palarivattom. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. Zain Exports is our little operation here. We handle a variety of items for export, and it’s a lot of work keeping track of everything. The office isn't much to look at, just desks and a lot of paper everywhere, though we try to keep it somewhat tidy. We’ve been in Palarivattom for a while now and we like the energy of the neighborhood. Most of our day is spent on the computer or the phone, trying to make sure the logistics are lined up. Shipping can be a real headache when things don't go as planned, but we’ve learned to take it in stride. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we're more important than we are. We just do the work, send the exports out, and deal with whatever problems pop up. It’s a steady rhythm of checking orders and talking to drivers. Sometimes the traffic in Palarivattom makes it hard for deliveries to reach us on time, but that’s just part of living in the city. We’re just a small team trying to make a living and keeping the business running as best as we can without making things too complicated. It is mostly about being consistent and showing up every morning to handle the latest shipment.
