We’re located at number 56 in Nethaji Nagar, right in the Edappally area. Cristo Foods is a small operation, really. We’ve been working out of this spot, handling food products and getting them ready for folks around town. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s not like being in a big industrial park, which we actually prefer. Our building isn't huge, but it's got enough space for what we need to do every day. We spend a lot of time checking on supplies and making sure everything is handled the right way. We aren't trying to be the biggest food company in the world. We just want to make sure the stuff we put out is good enough for our own families to eat. The staff here is small, mostly just a few of us who live nearby. You might see our delivery van heading out through the Edappally traffic in the mornings. It can be a bit of a mess on the roads around here, especially near the main junctions, but we manage. We don’t have any big slogans or glossy brochures. We just focus on the food and making sure the crates are packed right. It’s a steady kind of work. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when a big order comes in, but we usually just put our heads down and get it done. We’ve been part of the Nethaji Nagar neighborhood for a bit now and like it.
