Coral Foods & Flavours

Coral Foods & Flavours is tucked away over at 26/234 B, Konthuruthy Road, in the Thevara area. It’s not a huge place, but it’s where we do all our work with different ingredients and food items. Thevara is a nice part of the city to be in, and we’ve gotten to know the local rhythms pretty well over the years. Inside our building, there’s always something going on, whether we’re packing things up or checking a new batch of flavors. It’s a very hands-on environment, so don't expect a shiny corporate office if you stop by. There’s usually a bit of dust on the shelves and some boxes waiting to be moved, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. We don't spend our time writing big mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on the food and making sure the flavors are right. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we find it satisfying. Sometimes the Konthuruthy Road gets a bit jammed with traffic, but we just keep our heads down and stay busy. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent local business. We value the relationships we’ve built with the people who buy from us. It’s a simple setup, but it’s ours and we’re proud of it.
