Nikasu Frozen Foods Intl

We've been at the Cochin Special Export Promotion Zone in Kakkanad for a while now. It's a busy spot, number 23 specifically. We handle frozen foods, mostly stuff that needs to be packed and shipped out to different places. The day starts quite early here because we have to keep everything at the right temperature or things go bad. It's not fancy work, just making sure the containers are loaded and the inventory matches up with what’s on the paper. Most of us here just get on with it. We deal with a lot of frozen vegetables and snacks that people eat far away from here. Being in the export zone means there's always a truck coming or going, and the noise of engines is constant. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that's how it goes when you're moving food around. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. It's just a warehouse and some cold storage rooms where we keep things moving all day. We've seen the area change over the years, more buildings going up. Kakkanad is getting crowded, but our spot stays the same. We focus on the daily tasks, checking the freezers and making sure the pallets are sturdy. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on top of the logistics. Nothing too complicated, just a regular day at the shop. We like the rhythm of it.
