A2Z Spices

It’s just us here at the shop in Edappallykotta, specifically at 356K. People usually find us without too much trouble if they know the area. We deal with spices mostly. It started a while back because we liked the stuff we were getting locally and figured we could handle the sorting and packing ourselves. There isn't much to the building, it's just a place where we keep everything organized and get orders ready for people who ask. We spend a lot of our time looking at different batches of pepper and turmeric. Some days are busier than others, especially when a big shipment comes in and we have to clear floor space. We don’t have a big team or anything fancy. Just a few of us making sure the bags are tied right and the labels don't fall off. Sometimes the smell of the chili powder gets a bit strong in the back room, so we keep the windows open when we can. It's a straightforward setup. We don't really do much advertising. Most folks who come by are from around here or heard about us through a neighbor. We just try to keep things moving and make sure nobody gets the wrong order. It gets dusty, and we're always sweeping, but that's just part of working with dried goods. If you're ever passing through this part of town, you'll probably see us working near the door. That's pretty much all there is to tell about what happens at 356K.
