About Madhu Ceramics – Building & Construction Material in Khurja
We spend most of our days down here at A-6 in the Industrial Area off Junction Road. It gets pretty loud and dusty around here with all the other factories, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We mostly deal with ceramics, handling the clay and the kilns when the power stays steady. It's not glamorous work by any means. My clothes usually have some white dust on them by noon and the tea guy knows exactly when to show up. The shed is big enough for what we do, though sometimes it feels a bit cramped when a big shipment comes in. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, watching the neighbors change and the road get fixed and then broken again. Most of the guys working here live nearby so we all just walk or cycle in. It's a straightforward routine. We start early to beat the worst of the afternoon heat because those kilns really warm the place up. Sometimes the trucks get stuck in the mud out front if it rains too hard, but we manage to get things moving eventually. There isn't much to say other than we show up, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s just how things go at a place like Madhu Ceramics. We don't have a fancy office or anything, just a desk with too many papers and a phone that rings whenever you’re in the middle of something else.
