Standard Ceramic Industry

You can find Standard Ceramic Industry near the Indian Gas Agency, right by the Munda Kheda Crossing on G. T. Road. It’s a dusty spot because of all the traffic moving along the highway, but that’s just how it is in this area. We work with ceramics, so things can get a bit messy. There’s white dust on the boots and the floors most days. We don't have any big signs or neon lights to bring people in. People usually just find us because they’re passing the Munda Kheda Crossing or they know we are near the gas agency. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we get the job done. We’ve got our kilns and our storage areas, and everything has its place, even if it looks a bit disorganized to an outsider. Working along G.T. Road means we see a lot of people passing through, but we mostly deal with the regulars who know our routine. We don’t use any fancy talk or try to sound like a giant corporation. We are just a local industry doing our part in the ceramic trade. Some days the heat from the work is a lot, but we just keep at it. It’s a simple life here, focused on the clay and the finished pieces that leave our yard every week. It isn't glamorous, but it is a steady way of life for all of us here.
