Tritvam Agrotech Private Limited is located at 608/609 in the Barmunda Rural area, right near that big flyover in Bhubaneswar. It’s a busy spot with lots of traffic going by, which is a bit different from the quiet fields we usually work in. We’re a small team doing agrotech work, but we aren't the type to sit in front of computers all day. Most of our time is spent out in Khordha, looking at the soil and seeing how things are growing. Our office in Bhubaneswar is mostly just a place to store our equipment and keep our records organized. It can get a bit noisy with the flyover so close, but you get used to it after a while. We don't have a glossy brochure or a team of salespeople. We just talk to the farmers and try to find practical ways to use technology in the fields. It’s a lot of trial and error, to be honest. Some things work and some things don’t, but that’s how you learn. Orissa has its own way of doing things, and we try to respect that while bringing in some new ideas. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do good work that actually helps people who make their living from the land. It’s a lot of driving around and meeting people in person, which is the part we like best.
