Sogar Women Farmers Producer Companylimited

Our group is based out of Sogar in the Kamakhyanagar area. We are a team of women farmers who decided to come together and handle things ourselves. We use a space at Khata Number 358, Plot Number 1179, which belongs to Bidyadhar Sahoo. It’s right in Ward Number 5. Dhenkanal is our home, and we’ve been working these lands for a long time. It’s not always easy being a farmer, especially with the heat we get here. We mostly focus on what we can grow best in this soil. This company isn't some big business with a lot of money; it's just us trying to make a living and help each other out. We meet up often to talk about the seeds, the rain, and what needs to be done next. Life in the village is simple, and we like to keep our work that way too. We don't have any professional training in marketing or business, we just know how to farm. Some days are long and tiring, but we have a good time when we're working together. There is a lot of laughing and talking while we work. We wanted to have something of our own, so we started this producer company. It feels good to be in charge of our own work. We just keep our heads down, stay in Sogar, and do what needs to be done every day. We are proud of what we have built here together.
