The office for Swagatikaa Exim Private Limited is at Plot No. 218 in Sahid Nagar. It’s a busy area with a lot of shops and people moving around. We do import and export work, which mostly means a lot of paperwork and time spent on the computer or the phone. Dealing with customs and shipping companies can be a real headache sometimes. There are always new rules or some delay at the port that we have to explain to our clients. We aren't a huge firm with a fancy lobby. Our space is functional, with desks pushed together and stacks of documents everywhere. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the busy seasons. Sometimes we have to stay late to talk to people in different time zones, which isn't great, but it’s part of the job. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we are more important than we are. We just try to get the goods from point A to point B without too many problems. It’s a lot of checking lists and making sure the labels are right. Some days are just boring data entry, and other days are a mad rush to meet a deadline. We just take it as it comes.
