We are located at Plot No-530/1444 in Balipatna, right near the London School. If you are in the area, you have probably passed by us without even realizing it. Sradhanjali Farmers Producer Company Limited is a group of us who came together to try and get better deals for our produce. Farming on your own is tough, so we decided to pool our resources. We aren't professional businessmen with suits and ties. We are mostly farmers who spend our days thinking about soil, weather, and market prices. Our office at the plot is where we meet to discuss what to plant and how to sell it together. It is a simple room with some chairs and a table that wobbles a bit. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big promises. We are just trying to make sure our families can get by and that our work in the fields pays off. Sometimes we argue about which crops are best for the next season, but we always figure it out. Being near the London School makes it easy for people to find us. We have been part of this community for a long time. Our doors are usually open if someone wants to come in and talk about the local agricultural scene. We don't have a lot of money for advertising, so we just rely on each other and our reputation in Balipatna. It is a modest way to work, but it works for us.
