Skillimite Agro Private Limited

Skillimite Agro Private Limited is based over in Rasulgarh, specifically at Plot No -205. We are pretty close to Ananda Bawan if you know where that is in Bhubaneswar. It’s a busy area and there is always something going on outside. We mostly deal with agro stuff, trying to stay organized in the middle of all the Khordha traffic. The office isn't too big, but it works for what we need. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at spreadsheets to keep things on track. We started this because we saw a gap in how things were being handled around here in Orissa. It’s not a perfect system, but we are learning as we go. Sometimes we get things wrong, like a late delivery or a mix-up with a supplier, but we just fix it and move on. That is just how business is. The team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for a while. We aren't interested in all that corporate talk you see on the news. We just want to get the work done and go home to our families. If you ever stop by Rasulgarh, you’ll see the sign near the road. It’s nothing flashy. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and figuring out the next steps for the season. It’s a decent living and it keeps us connected to the land, even if we are in the city.
