It's a decent spot, not too far from the main road. We do a mix of things here, mostly focusing on how to make farming a bit more modern without losing the basic feel of the land. The office is often full of maps and some equipment we’re testing out. It gets a little noisy with the traffic from the hospital nearby, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't a massive team. Just a handful of people who know a thing or two about crops and soil. We spend a lot of time on the phone with farmers or out in the fields ourselves. The Satyasai Enclave area is usually busy, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We don't have a lot of polished furniture or a front desk person. Usually, whoever is closest to the door answers it when someone knocks. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve had some long nights here trying to solve specific problems for the growers we work with. Farming isn't always easy, and the solutions part of our name means we try to fix the stuff that breaks or goes wrong. It’s a lot of trial and error. We just keep trying until something works for the people who rely on us.
