So, we are set up over in Satelite City, right in Hanspal. It’s Lane 6, Phase 1, if you’re trying to find the place. Paradeep Fresh Private Limited is basically what we do every day. We handle fresh stuff and try to get it where it needs to go. Living and working in Bhubaneswar means things are always moving fast, but we try to keep it simple at our plot. It’s not a huge operation, just a team of people who care about what they’re doing. Sometimes the traffic in Khordha is a bit much, but we manage to get things sorted. We’ve been at this for a while now. It started as a small idea and grew into this. We don’t have fancy chairs or a big reception desk. It’s more about the crates and the deliveries. Every morning starts pretty early here. You can’t really wait around when you’re dealing with fresh items. We have our regulars and we see new faces too. It's a lot of physical work, loading and unloading. We don't use big words to describe it. It's just fresh food and hard work. We like being in this part of Orissa. It feels like home. We’re just regular folks trying to provide something useful for the community. The office is just a place to keep the books straight while the real work happens outside. We just keep plugging away at it day after day. It gets tiring but we wouldn't change it much.
