Msm Agro Private Limited

Our office is in Flat 506 at Aradhana Residency, which is right in the Patia area near Infocity. It’s a bit of a different setup for an agro company, being in a residency, but it works for us. We use the space to manage everything for Msm Agro. We spend our time coordinating between the farms and the people who need what we produce. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting at a laptop, which isn't always fun, but it’s necessary. We try to keep things running smoothly from our spot in Khurda. It’s just a small team of us. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We know each other well and we just get on with the job. Some days are quiet and others are a total mess with deliveries running late or things going wrong. We just take it as it comes. We’ve lived in this part of Orissa for a long time, so we know how things work here. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to do our work, get the orders right, and go home at the end of the day. It’s a practical way of doing things. Being near Infocity is handy, but we’re more about the agro side than the tech side. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent business from a flat. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done for the people we work with.
