Livingseeds Biotech Private Limited is located at Plot No-1662/B in the Baramunda area of Bhubaneswar. This part of the Khordha district is quite well-known because of the big bus stand nearby, so there is always a lot of movement and noise around. Our place is tucked away on a plot that is easy enough to find if you know the Baramunda neighborhood. Even though the name says biotech, we are not a giant corporation with hundreds of workers. We are just a small team working out of this Bhubaneswar office. We spend most of our time dealing with seeds and the technical side of farming. The office is full of samples and paperwork related to different plant varieties. It can get a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. People from all over Orissa come through Baramunda, so we get a fair amount of foot traffic from farmers looking for advice or specific seeds. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals written on the walls. We just want to make sure the seeds we are dealing with are good and that the records are kept straight. The city life outside is fast, but inside our plot, we try to keep things focused on the biology and the needs of the growers. It is a plain, functional space where we get our daily tasks finished. We have been in this spot for a while now and are part of the local landscape.
