Le Sandy Farms Private Limited

We are over at Plot 353 in Jayadev Vihar, right here in Bhubaneswar. It’s been a bit of a journey setting up Le Sandy Farms Private Limited. Mostly, our days are spent checking on things at the plot or dealing with the usual Orissa humidity. Sometimes the rain makes the roads near Khata 353 a real mess, but we manage. It’s not a fancy setup, just a group of us trying to keep the farm work moving along. We started out small and stayed that way for a while. Usually, you’ll find one of us hanging around the office area or out back. It gets pretty loud with the local traffic nearby, but you get used to it after a few months. We don't really do the big corporate meetings. It’s more about sitting down with a cup of tea and figuring out what needs to be planted or moved next. People sometimes ask what we do exactly, and we just tell them we’re working the land. It’s hard work, and the sun doesn't make it any easier. Some days are slower than others. We have our hands full with the paperwork too, which nobody likes but it’s part of the job. If you’re ever walking around the Jayadev Vihar area, you’ve probably passed by us without even realizing it. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks done one by one. It isn't always perfect, but we like it.
