Down here in Jharbandhjharbandh, we have been working on Plot No-409/2995 for a while now. This is where Krushnahira Farmers Producer Company Limited is based. It's not a place you'd find on a tourist map, but for us, it’s where everything happens. The work is slow and it depends entirely on the seasons. When it's time to sow, everyone is busy. When it's time to reap, it's even busier. We don't really bother with big speeches about what we do. We just grow what we can and hope for the best with the market. Our address on Plot 409/2995 is where we keep our tools and our records. It’s a simple setup for a simple purpose. We’ve been through dry spells and good years alike. It’s just the life we chose here in this part of the world. We’re just trying to keep the tradition going while staying afloat. Sometimes we meet under the trees to discuss the coming rains. It's hard work, but we are used to it.
