At Kendutalian Farmer Producer Company Limited, we stay pretty busy with the daily routine. Our main point of contact is over at Dolamani Sahu’s place in Malamunda. We are right there in the Chantipali area, which is part of Gaisilet. It is a rural spot, so things move a bit slower than they do in the big cities. We like it that way. Most of the people involved are local farmers who have lived here all their lives. We do not have a fancy reception desk or anything. If you come by, you will probably find us sitting around a wooden table talking about the weather or the price of supplies. The building is just a regular house that we use for the company business. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork gets a little messy when the farming season gets into full swing. Kendutalian Farmer Producer Company Limited is really just about the people in Malamunda and Chantipali coming together. We spend a lot of time walking between the fields and the office. Gaisilet is a good place to be, and we are glad to be working here. We do not do much advertising. People usually hear about us through word of mouth. If someone needs help or wants to join in, they just walk up to the door and ask for Dolamani. That is how we have always done things and it seems to work out okay. We do not need anything complicated to get the job done right.
