Kalpabriksha Agro Ventures Llp is located in IRC Village, specifically in Nayapalli on the third floor. Plot N1/289 is where we keep our small office. Being on the third floor means we are a bit away from the actual fields, but we are still very much involved in the agro business. It is a busy area in town, so it can be a bit noisy outside with the traffic. We started this because we saw a gap between what the farmers grow and how things move in the city. It is not always easy running an agro venture from a building, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who come by the office. Our space isn't very large, just enough for some desks and chairs where we can handle the logistics. People often ask why an agro company is in a place like Nayapalli, but it makes sense for the business side of things. We handle the paperwork, the planning, and the deals that keep the supplies moving. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when it's busy, but we eventually sort it out. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We are just a small group of people working hard in the city to support the agricultural side of things. It’s practical work and we just take it one day at a time here in the office.
