Jogamaya Women Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are working out of Sahid Nagar, specifically at Plot No-372. This is where Jogamaya Women Farmers Producer Company Limited operates. It’s mostly women from the local area who decided we should have our own way of doing things. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or high-tech stuff. Most of what we have is just desks and chairs and a lot of notebooks where we keep track of everything. Sahid Nagar can be a bit busy, but our little spot stays focused on the work at hand. We talk about the crops, the prices, and how to help each other out when things get tough at home or in the fields. It’s not a corporate environment at all. It feels more like a community gathering most of the time. We have to balance a lot of different things, and sometimes the meetings go on way longer than we planned because everyone has something to say. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big words or polished brochures. We just want to make sure the women involved in this get what they need to keep their farms going. It’s hard work, and we are learning as we go. Some days we feel like we have it all figured out, and other days we are just trying to keep up. But that is just how it is for us at Plot 372. We stay busy and we stay together.
