Imt Pharmacy College

Imt Pharmacy College sits on New Nabakalabara Road in the Sai Vihar area of Puri. It is a functional building where we focus on teaching pharmacy stuff. We have some labs that are filled with glass tubes, beakers, and various chemicals. It smells a bit like a hospital inside most of the time. The floors are tiled and we try to keep them clean, though sand from the outside often finds its way in since we are in Puri. We have a small office at the front where we handle all the paperwork for the students. There are several classrooms with simple desks and chairs. We don't have any air conditioning in the main halls, just ceiling fans that hum all day long. The area around Gopalpur is usually quiet, but we get some traffic on the road in front of the college. Students often come here on their scooters or take the local transport. We have a small area where they can sit and talk during their breaks. It is a very practical environment. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some charts about medicine and anatomy. We spend our time making sure the labs are stocked and the students are attending their lectures. It’s a plain, honest place where people come to learn a trade and get their degrees without any unnecessary fuss. The walk from the main gate to the office is quite short.
