Dangardei Farmers Producer Company

Dangardei Farmers Producer Company has its home in Bhubaneswar, specifically over in Santoshi Nagar. We are based out of a place near Ramesh Chandra Nayak’s house, which is on Khata No. 454/2428. Being in a city like Bhubaneswar is a bit different for a farmers group, but we needed a central spot to manage everything. It gets busy around here, especially with all the traffic, but we manage to get our work done. We are mostly a group of people trying to make sense of the market for the farmers we work with. There is always a lot of talk about prices and who needs what this week. The office stays pretty cluttered with paperwork because there are so many rules to follow these days. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we are just people who know about farming and want to help get things sold. Sometimes we have meetings that go on too long because everyone has a different opinion on how to handle the next crop. It’s not always easy, and sometimes the rain makes the road to the office a bit of a mess. We just pull up our sleeves and get on with it. We handle a variety of stuff depending on the season. It is a lot of back and forth between the rural areas and our little spot in Santoshi Nagar. We just keep our heads down and work.
