Aadi Krushi Udyog (Opc) Private Limited is based in Bhubaneswar, right at the Khandagiribari area. Our location is near the Jayadev Vatika Chowk in Khandagiri. Being in a city like Bhubaneswar means we are at a bit of a crossroads. The office is at 1215/1535, and it is a busy spot with plenty of traffic moving through the chowk. Unlike some of the more rural offices, we have to deal with the hustle and bustle of the city every day. However, our hearts are still very much in the agricultural side of things. We work as a one-person company, so it is a very hands-on operation. There is no big team to hide behind; if you come in, you are talking to the person who runs the show. The space is a mix of a workspace and a storage area for various agro-related items. We do not go for the polished corporate look that you see in some of the newer parts of town. It is a bit messy sometimes with papers and samples, but it is an honest reflection of the work we do. We try to bridge the gap between the rural farmers and the urban markets. It is a lot of driving around and making phone calls to ensure everything is running smoothly. We just take it one day at a time and try to be helpful to the people we work with. There is always something new to learn in this business.
