Shree Hari Restaurant

You’ll find us up on the third floor of the Western City Complex. It's on Pij Road, right above where the Indian Bank is. It’s a bit of a climb if you don't take the lift, but we like the view from up here. We opened up in Nadiad because this building is right in the middle of everything. It’s mostly just us and a few helpers running the show. The kitchen isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. We spent a lot of time painting the walls and getting the seating just right so it doesn't feel cramped. Sometimes the traffic outside on Pij Road gets noisy, but once you're inside, it’s mostly just the sound of plates and people talking. We don't do anything too complicated here. We just show up early, prep the vegetables, and get the stove going before the first customer walks in. Most of the people who come in work in the nearby offices or are just out shopping at the complex. We’ve had the same few people working here since we started, so we’ve got a bit of a rhythm down. It’s not a big corporate chain or anything like that, just a regular place to get a meal. If you're looking for us, just look for the bank sign and head upstairs. We're usually there until late.
