E K Egg Eatery

We have been running E K Egg Eatery for some time now at Shop No-B-5 in the SheetNandan Complex. It is right on College Road in Nadiad, and if you look across the street, you will see the Hyundai Showroom. It gets pretty loud during the day because of all the traffic and the college students walking by. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where we cook a lot of eggs. We start early in the morning getting the onions chopped and the pans ready. The smell of frying eggs usually fills up the small space pretty quickly. Sometimes the college kids come in groups and it gets a bit cramped, but everyone finds a spot to sit or stand. We have some basic tables and chairs that have seen better days. The floor is easy to clean, which is good because it gets dirty fast with people coming in and out. In the afternoons, the sun hits the front of the complex and it gets a bit warm inside, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We don't do fancy plating or anything like that. The food goes on the plate, and that’s it. Most people around Nadiad know where we are because of the landmark. It’s just a simple business, nothing more. We just stay busy with the cooking and making sure the eggs are fresh every morning when the delivery truck comes in.
