If you are driving down the Nadiad Uttarsanda Road, you will see us right across from the Amba Ashram. It is a familiar spot for a lot of people in Nadiad. We have been operating out of this building for a bit, and it’s mostly just a regular routine for us now. The mornings start with getting the kitchen ready and making sure everything is in place before the first customers show up. We get a mix of travelers passing through and local folks who live nearby. It isn't always quiet, especially during the middle of the day, but we manage. The chairs and tables are simple, and we don't spend much time worrying about decor or anything like that. We just want to make sure the food is ready when people are hungry. Sometimes the road gets dusty, and we have to keep on top of the cleaning quite a bit. It’s just me and a few others working here most days. We don't have a big corporate team or anything. It is just a local business on a busy road. People stop in, eat, and go about their day. We keep the doors open and the lights on, and that is pretty much the whole story. It’s a practical place for a meal. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep at it every day, making sure the plates are full and the customers are satisfied.
